Proof that Khare Sensei isn't senile, yet!
In the 1st match of the season, a controversy erupted when 3 players went against their Sensei and stated that the shot was on target, zipped through the air where it went through the net at least 3 feet behind the pole and broke the net in the process. The 3 players can be seen in the pictures, Patwardhan in a green bib acting as BRE behind the goal, Gurhani the defender in grey and Bansal the on-loan Gk. The referee Khare Sensei was 30 meters away and could still see that the ball went out. Even so, he decided to go against his own judgment and trusted the youthful eyes and extreme confidence of the 3 afore mentioned players. That too, the 3 persons were not even asked to give their view. Incredible events it must be said!

TWENTY of the 22 KFANDRA player squad made it to Saumin 'Cm' Athalye's Testimonial this morning!
No doubt the player is well liked...or maybe they all came for the refreshments after! Whatever the case, the players enjoyed their 2nd last outing
with their teammate. The images do not show two kits but the front and back of this unique design. Some may not know it, but this seasons KLC4 kit
design has a unique meaning behind the pattern. For the explanation, read the latest news!
(Did you notice two heads popping up at the back? They forgot their new kit! As for Athalye?
He forgot his too but it was made to look as if this image was planned this way!)

06 10 22 Session winner awards!
Niranjan 'Goodman' Sarda and Tanmay 'Tanny' Pardeshi are captured here admiring another unique prize. A brand new pack of razor blades! It's ironic that both the players will definitely make use of their prizes soon enough. Sarda sat pretty 5 points in the lead until the short game which ended the session. After besting Pardeshi in the crossing and passing drills earlier (Pardeshi vows that he'll find proof of how Sarda cheated), Sarda's goal and a number of assists weren't enough to stop Pardeshi from scoring goals of his own and getting wins in the process.
Khare said later, 'listen lads, those razor blades are meant for shaving'.

'September' Player of the Month!
Ajay 'Ahjoo' Sanghvi let the years slip by when he won 500 KR for topping Septembers list of attendees. In the background you can see frequent winner Tanmay 'Tan' Pardeshi telling a teammate how he 'let' Sanghvi win.
If you see Pardeshi with a black eye later, you'll know why.

A new drill but barefoot!
Three players dropped out in this mornings session after the torrential downpour yesterday caused a few sniffles. But at KFANDRA, life goes on and in this gif image above, the players are well engrossed in another new drill.

August's Player's of the Month awards!
Mukul 'Mkul' Inamdar and Niranjan 'Goodman' Sarda share the player of the month for August.
Although, Sarda was a point behind M. Inamdar in the standings, Khare stated that he forgot to award a point to Sarda at some point during the month. When Inamdar asked for details Khare shouted, 'coz Goodman doesn't ask questions!' Inamdar then proceeded to say, 'mein Gott! Diese ist ungerecht!' (We found out later that Inamdar is currently reading a certain book written by a certain tyrant). Khare responded with, 'ich bin auch deutsch lernen! Schnell alle zwanzig rounden bitte!'
The total cash prize of KR 700/- was split between the two players.

Controversy after OFC complaint! (30/07/22, Monsoon Magic SG Tourney)
The story which cost The Consistent's the Championship!
The images above will explain everything! (The images are from the last match between Consistent's FC and Lightning Unicorns).
Image 1 - You can see a very alert and focused Ref's Assistant in red, Mr. Sanghvi, do four jobs at once. The 1st one is to look for offsides, the 2nd one is to check if he has dandruff, the 3rd one is to see if he's balding and the 4th one is wondering if he remembered to brush his teeth in the morning.
Image 2 - The play progresses. M. Inamdar lays the ball inside to Karanth, Kanekar in the green bib closest to Inamdar decided to perform a quick dance step he learnt the day before yesterday at dance practice. Ghotge, the other defender covering the goal, seems to be admiring Kanekar's dance step. M Inamdar meanwhile is still clearly at least 4 yards onside.
Image 3 - Sanghvi thinks, 'hahtichamari! Me sandwiches anlet ka?' Ghotge is still thinking of Kanekar's dance step. The smile on his face reveals everything!
Image 4 - Karanth appreciates the ball passed to him and prepares to lay off a pass back to M. Inamdar. Bhorde meanwhile, if you've been observing the earlier images, is feeling like a 'kabab mein haddi'. Ghotge plans to email Kanekar to ask him about his dance class and if he could join as well.
Image 5 - Karanth plays the pass to M. Inamdar. Both Ghotge and Pai wonder if Kanekar is going to try another dance step. Bhorde thinks maybe he can slowly slip away for he doesn't like being a 'kabab mein haddi'.
Image 6 - Proof that M. Inamdar isn't offside.
Image 7 - Sanghvi, now out of the picture, lifts the hand holding up his bib, which is also the RA's flag, to wave a fly away. Kanekar prepares to attempt dance step No. 2.
Ghotge and Pai look on in awe! Bhorde thinks that if he remains still, no-one will see him.
Image 8 (Not included) - Now that the fly has flown away, Sanghvi puts the bib down, only to observe from the 'perfect' angle (according to him) he's standing in, that M. Inamdar is offside. He therefore, lifts the bib/flag again and as the game moves on he puts it down after hearing the ref say play on.
Image 9 (Not included) - Goal! Bhorde suddenly realizes that he's loved! M. Inamdar passes it to him to score! Dharmadhikari an OFC player protests! 'Neel Sir', he yells, 'what happening is? Ahjoo (Sanghvi) wavings flags is! Offside is being!' The referee then tells the OFC players that he'll check with the RA after the match and do the needful as play has moved well past the incident.
After the final whistle, The Consistents were ahead on points difference and had won the Championship. But after the ref had a word with Sanghvi the RA, at Sanghvi's insistence, the goal (3 points) was cancelled for offside and one point was awarded to OFC for catching offside.
Shocking right? But everyone took everything in the right spirit! As it's always done at KFANDRA!

The KFANDRA players escape in the nick of time!
KFANDRA decided to switch to another venue for their practice sessions after their players were almost eaten up by a Giant Shark commonly known
as a Megaladon and a Giant Crocodile commonly known as a um...er...Giant Crocodile? after they posed for a photo post the session.
The KFANDRA players who are probably very poor actors or their perception of what is dangerous is wonky, can be seen in these 3 images to be in a
variety of moods, from happy, scared to plain confused.
An award was presented to the KFANDRA photographer for showing bravery to snap 3 incredible photo's when about to be attacked.
In light of this unfortunate incident, KFANDRA may be switching grounds until the two behemoths are caught.
